Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas’s relationship is moving forward at a dizzyingly quick pace, and if the latest reports are to be believed, they are already engaged.
And while the newly engaged couple has been hot on the scene for a short while, it seems as though Nick knew fairly early on that his leading lady was the one.
Earlier this month, the singer shut down the Tiffany & Co. store in London to check out diamond engagement rings for his future wife.
Nick popped the question in London on Priyanka’s 36th birthday, a source revealed to People.com. An insider said that Nick was “very, very happy” and revealed, “His friends and family have never seen him like this, and they’re all really excited for him. He’s definitely very serious about her.
Meanwhile, Bharat director Ali Abbas Zafar confirmed that Priyanka is no longer a part of the film, and hinted in a cryptic tweet that her wedding might be the reason.
“Yes Priyanka Chopra is no more part of @Bharat_TheFilm & and the reason is very very special, she told us in the Nick of time about her decision and we are very happy for her … Team Bharat wishes @priyankachopra loads of love & happiness for life,” he wrote.
